All set to make mango ice cream

Mangoes are ripe and ready I have got the other ingredients - milk cream, sugar and milk . Now it is a matter of finding time and putting together the igredients
I have to make room in the freezer as the quantity that I will be making this time will be of 8 mangoes and that is quite a lot.
Summer is here and what better time than this to relish ice creams.

Yum. I made two tubs of mango graham cake the other night. It's mango season here so mangoes are cheaper. Enjoy your ice cream!
