I repaired a dish

I talked about a tender jack fruit that the maid cleaned for me the other day It was so very tender that there were no seeds inside at all. I did not know it would taste bland with just the strands. I brought it to life by adding paneer cubes and a few jack fruit seeds I had in the fridge. They were boiled seeds and dried in the sun. They remain for months The dish tasted nice and my guest who joined me for lunch liked it too. Image credit:

I love Paneer. Pity it costs so much here or I would use it and eat it more often. Glad.to hear that the guest who joined you for lunch liked what you prepared

@allknowing Paneer Curry. That's where it's at for me. Or deep fried Paneer in my own recipe batter. Sometimes mixed.with onion and deep fried. I basically add my own Garam Masala to an egg and milk batter and deep fry loads of things in it Yum
