most of us generally don't worry about our health which is not a good thing. But there are some people who keep a track on their health. They regularly exercise, jogging, doing physical activities to maintain their health.

Annual check up is part of the policy of the office. I also monitor my food intake and I do join Zumba exercise on a regular basis. I am planning to buy a fitness tracker watch, the one that monitors blood pressure and heart rate.

Well not really but because I now have a health issue I try to live healthier now. haha. Walking can really help us lose weight! I should be gaining weight but I keep walking so can't keep the weight up.

When I was younger I didn’t worry or do anything in particular to stay healthy. Now I do try and eat right and I exercise.

Yes, I do and I have to as I have heart problem. I do my yoga everyday and go for regular health check ups.
