do you keep track on your health

most of us generally don't worry about our health which is not a good thing. But there are some people who keep a track on their health. They regularly exercise, jogging, doing physical activities to maintain their health. Do you keep track on your health.

I really do. Mostly with how l eat. Exercise l should do more.

Annual check up is part of the policy of the office. I also monitor my food intake and I do join Zumba exercise on a regular basis. I am planning to buy a fitness tracker watch, the one that monitors blood pressure and heart rate.

Yes, I do and I have to as I have heart problem. I do my yoga everyday and go for regular health check ups.

I wasn’t mindful of my health until the pandemic came. It was an eye opener in a sense to keep my immune system up. I do lab tests/blood works annually. I make it a point to exercise daily.
