Busy Busy Day

Man was it HOT today! Have to do laundry in the garage, but had the big fan on. Best $40 I ever spent. Did laundry, cleaned up the kitchen, and cooked Fried Rice Rice-a-Roni with creole seasoned shrimp. Pretty good. I usually put sausage in it, but had some shrimp that had been in the freezer for over a month, so thought I should use it. Might try that again one day.

It's nice weather here and we're heading off in the motor-home tomorrow. We're just going for two nights.
