Yard is mowed.

I did a lot of walking today and was going to mow the yard until tomorrow. My husband said he would mow half and I could mow the other half. So the yard got mowed. My husband has a bad leg so he can not do to much walking. So he helps like that so I take over when his leg starts to hurt.
Between the two of us we get everything done. Team work is what I call it.
Sometimes if I have a list of things to get at three stores. He sits in the car and waits at the last store. He will not use the riding cart..
That's ok he does what he can and I am glad about that.

@jstory07 Yes I worked my butt off too..any and all kinds of jobs. It was good for me, as now I am fit as a fiddle

Teamwork is good, as it halves the effort for the one who has to do it all, otherwise. I have a really big yard, which I pay someone to cut at the front, and I still cut it at the back of the house. It would be a very tiring job for me to do the lot, as I have grey hairs now too, and tire quickly.

@jstory07 My wife is younger than me, and still works, whereas I am retired, so I try to do more of the housework, as I know she is tired after working a long day. It is good to help each other as much as we are able.

I know how the leg part goes, I have a bum right knee that occasionally goes out and on the left side at times a stabbing sciatica so if the two come together I am walking about looking like Quasimodo

Teamwork is always good. Hubby and I always used to use the scooters in the stores.
