Finally a beach visit

It's been a while since we visited a beach. This wasn't exactly a beach visit - we had lunch at a restaurant by the beach side and walked past the beach. It was a windy, cool day and there was hardly anyone at the beach as it was not the right weather. The sand and water looked so inviting though!

We did sneak a closer look and my daughter ran in to the sand for a bit. Can't stop the kids.

That still sounds like a lovely little escape! Even just being near the beach, hearing the waves, and feeling that breeze can be so refreshing. Hopefully, you get to enjoy a proper beach day soon!
