Home made chicken and leek pie

So, I am sure that I have said before what an amazing cook my Mom is. As I am staying with her at the moment I am eating her delicious meals every day. Today we had home made chicken and leek pie ....also, included mushrooms and onions and a creamy white sauce. Oh my days , how lucky am I Do you have a favourite meal ....

That sounds amazingly good. My favorite meal is homemade fried chicken and homemade fried potatoes. Unfortunately, they are so unhealthy I never have it.

I've never eaten leeks but several myLotters have mentioned them as ingredients in their meals. I don't think I have a "favorite" meal.
