A complete yo-yo weather day.

Today is a totally weird day for weather here.
I have lost track of the number of watchings/warnings, etc. I have receieved. It's nuts. We go from a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, to a Tornado Watch, to a Tornado Warning...then just a Watch, then just a thunderstorm. We've had some rain, and some luckily small sized hail rather than the big giant hailstones some areas close to me have had.
Tornado touched down a few miles away about 20 minutes ago. I had to run to the pharmacy really quick, I timed it by the radar screen on my phone and I made it! Yay, me!
If you are in the path of any storms, take good care to stay safe. Nature doesn't fool around!

This has been going on for hours. Every time I think it's dying down, someone else close by has a new tornado sighting. I am home, son is here, we are OK. Thank you, Julia.

We're good! Some lightning hit a transformer and we didn't have power for awhile, but it's back now. Thanks!

It got scary for awhile, the tornados were just too close for comfort. But all is well.
Hey, a moms gotta do what a moms gotta do! Meds ready, and you know how hard we are having to chase to get them in a timely manner, so I was determined to go get them. I do love those radar screens, they help a lot.

We honestly need rain very badly so I have no objections to it. The dust storms have been horrible for a week now. We aren’t giving safe, thank you, Snowy.

I think tomorrow is just some rain and maybe a thunderstorm. I hope you don't get what we got today, some of it was sort of scary. Take good care, Eva.

Honestly, it doesn't scare me like it does a lot of people. I am...sort of used to tornado warnings, etc. I lived in the south and went through several terrible hurricanes when I was a child...I've lived in Montana and Alaska, and went through some blizzards that were even hard to imagine...so unfortunately, bad weather spells are sort of the norm in a way. Although I do think that we have way, way more storms than we used to have. I do my best to keep safe, and I thank you so much for being concerned.
