That's actually pretty funny. They like you think you hate the hold music. MF, I work here and hate the hold music.
I could fix that but no one listens to me.

for real. the customer worked for a doctor office. they pick the hold music to work with their phones. i am not sure how they expected a music file with a set run time to last the entirety of the hold time

That is a good answer why hold music changes when a person is on hold for a long time.
