Looping Stupidity

Answered a chat where the customer was complaining that the hold music for their phone system at the office is looping. I was thinking, what did you expect to happen? Do you want the audio files to magically last as long as the call is on hold?

That's actually pretty funny. They like you think you hate the hold music. MF, I work here and hate the hold music. I could fix that but no one listens to me.

for real. the customer worked for a doctor office. they pick the hold music to work with their phones. i am not sure how they expected a music file with a set run time to last the entirety of the hold time

That is a good answer why hold music changes when a person is on hold for a long time.
