How do they figure? They know it's wrong!

When I heard about this in the late 1980's I was shocked. that the PTB (Powers That Be) could actually figure how this man was guilty of murdering these two FBI agents appeared on a Native American Reservation in a plain car and wearing plain clothes. According to the description given by two witnesses and the PTB, bullets were flying everywhere from both the FBI agent's car and a truck with Native American's in it, yet the agents were shot in the head by close range. I am confused! Apparently there were two trials in two different places and there were different forms of facts given by the PTB the way I understand it. The witnesses from the first trial then testified that they were not there! That the PTB had cohearsed them into giving false statements. Later a judge said something about the PTB knew they were wrong and that Leonard Peltier was innocent but due to some legalities they had to keep him in prison. MANY people protested for years including some prominent people including Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela and the 14th Dalai Lama. Last night I found out that former president Joe Biden had signed papers before he left office that in this past February Leonard was to serve the rest of his sentence in his home. He was in prison for 50 years! This is good and sad at the same time, he hasn't had any of the Native American food, seeing his family. He is now 80 years old has diabetes, heart trouble and uses a walker. He needs to remain in his home till his death!
