At the mall.
We now have this facilities at some malls. Gone were the days pets cannot be brought to malls and other establishments. More pet shops that sells food and other pet needs are also on the rise here.
It is nice to look on those dogs at paw Park. I have not seen any cats though.

@JudyEv You should definitely try visiting cat cafes—you’ll love the experience! While it’s not a bookshop, you can still relax there with a good book, enjoy some food and drinks, and spend time playing with and feeding the adorable cats.

I have noticed that there are places in Louisiana where a pet can be taken care of inside of a building like a cafe.
