REALLY Taking it Easy

Haven't done hardly anything today. I mean really hardly anything except some jigsaw puzzles on line and my Bingo game I play. Dishes of course, and fried hamburgers for supper. Other than that...Nothing else. Had a rough night last night. My legs hurt so bad..better today, but didn't get much sleep at all. Hoping tonight will be better.

Sounds like a well-deserved easy day after a tough night. I'm glad your legs are feeling a bit better, and I really hope you get a good, restful sleep tonight. Be kind to yourself — some days, taking it slow is exactly what you need.

You are right, I am trying harder to go slower. Have always gone full throttle ahead all my life..time to shift down to 1st or 2nd gear.
