The Ring of Brodgar

We’re in Scotland. Well a Scottish owned island territory We visited a set a standing stones called The Ring of Brodgar It’s several thousand years old and is still standing Nobody knows if it’s an alien landing pad or a tribal ritual ceremonial ground or just what exactly it is But it was a cool thing to see

Wonder if it’s related somehow to Stonehenge. Or if some guys just got drunk one night back in the 8th century and said, “Hey, let’s go set up some rocks!”

It would be great to know more about these and what purpose they served. The rings couldn't have been easy to erect.

There are lots of ancient goodies to see in Scotland. I still haven't see a brock, one of the old stone towers
