Federal Court emasculates trump by taking away his (fantasy) tariff powers, Elon Musk slinks out of the government with a whimper and Wall Street Journal nicknames trump, "TACO"*

No doubt he and his cronies will spin all this as a big win as he claims to be taking a victory lap, but it's a distinctive sign that all is not lost. As evil as he is and as much in servitude the "Red Hats" and maga-Republicans are, these are signs for hope that this is a nightmare... a living nightmare for sure but not a way of life.
The Wall Street Journal, a Rupert Murdoch publication that is normally trump-friendly, described his on again/off again tariff nonsense as nothing but unnecessary self-inflicted turmoil.
Meanwhile in unrelated news, Elon formally announced his departure today from his government efforts... to help calm the hostility of the investors behind his wealth as his companies nosedive in performance. He vows he will start sleeping in the office to rebuild his companies, all in free-fall.
The world is not out of the woods with this maniac and global laughingstock still running loose, but there is some sun shining through lighting the way to more competent and better days ahead.

I knew EM had faded away. I did not necessarily know about the courts and the tariffs. I knew there were other ways the courts had blocked him.
