Free - a novel concept.

I’m trying to renew my car insurance but I need it to cover both Ireland and the UK since I hop back and forth across the border frequently. I also want breakdown cover for both jurisdictions. Prices are on the high side and that’s partly because of Brexit. But I found a deal with one company that quite seriously was offering, for an extra £42, free breakdown cover! It’s obviously thought to be quite the bargain paying £42 to get something for free. No doubt there are those who fall for it.

@judyev Well when something free costs £42 I’ve a fair idea that it’s bad. Very bad.

That's good for you. My car insurance is no problem I have a friend who is following it up everytime I renew it every furst week of January.
