Good Morning mylot Friends. Hope you all are fine today. Wondering why people play politics in office. Yesterday 2 of our fellow colleagues were fired only just because they didn't listen to his team lead I was shocked and more over how did the boss taken such a decision knowing how passionate they work. They were good at their jobs finishing there tasks on time production deployment was good the presentation was great then why this discrimination why this egoism. The day I felt that there is no job security here anytime they can fire us. Have to be ready to face such situation. Does anyone faced this issue in your office?

In the US, we're told employees are just like a bucket of water. Put your arm in the water and the water makes room for you. Take the hand out and it's as if you were never there in the first place. Companies don't value loyalty. I've worked in places that the full-time employees were treated the same as part-time employees. You never knew if you'd have a job the next day.

@Mshafeeq I don't think it's a good way for a company to run. They should be loyal to an employee who is and has been loyal to the company.

@DaddyEvil Very true if the company is loyal to his employees then the employee will be loyal to the company.

This is the new trend in companies many people enlighten the same story in LinkedIn what happened with HR or managers.

When a boss is hand in glove with those politicfians these things happen and nothing much can be done unless one has the guts to expose them.

Boss does'nt look who is working and who is not, they just want the job to be done on time that's it.

That happen all the time in the states. Companies do not need a reason to get rid of you.

Then that company doesn't grow untill they have loyal working men or women. 1 year or 2 they move on to better working place.

Happens here all the time Companies don't seem to need valid reasons to fire someone these days even if employment law says other wise
