The dongle is playing up

I have a 4G Wifi dongle and I think someone else is using it too Whenever I am not getting connected to it I keep getitng a sound on my computer that indicates the dongle is active but not for me
I say this because the moment I pull out the dongle that sound stops. I did an experiment today . I had the 'no internet' situation almost the whol e of yesterday and this morning and with that sound that kept beeping I pulled out the dongle and the sound stopped After half an hour I connected the dongle again and bingo I saw the green light and I could now connect
Anyone knows what's going on?

My technician came to my rescue and I only contacted him after trying everything else. I now have a new dongle but did not have Internet for 4 days.

Change the password. Reset the whole thing and change the password.

It was tested and there was a faul in it that cannot be repaired. I have bought a new dongle now

Glad to learn it start reconnecting ... sometimes this technologies gives trouble when you need to use it.. Earlier I also use dongle but now as I recharge the monthly plans.. I rely on this internet data... my dongle is lying somewhere at the self
