I missed myLot yesterday

Right from 10 in the monring yesterday and 9 am today there was no Internet for me . This situation is new to me. I have the same ISP and the same 4G Wifi dongle that never gave me any trouble so far I am at a loss to know what could have caused this June 1 was a great day for me at myLot I could post and interact well. There is nothing I can do about this as ISP will not admit if they are the guilty ones
