The devaluation of the US dollar continues

Sometimes I ask the question; should the American dollar remains the world's reserved currency? Considering the fact that it is losing its value fast these days. For instance 1 British pounds no equals 1.35 US dollar which is completely different from what it used to be a few months ago. Should the US dollar thus remain the world's reserve currency?

True but I remember few years ago when it was 1Pound to $1.1. It was quite close, and I guess its moving towards 1 pound to $2.40 again.

@ogbenishyna44 - The dollar is going to drop more, this is sure. The large Investment Funds are moving out from the dollar, this is a strong sign.
