yes Judy that is one of the reasons the WIPO and other international treaties recognize indigenous knowledge and traditional knowledge as one form of IPR

I was not aware of so many uses of this tree. An expert would know better. I think that we as a community and Government should do more in exploring the medicinal and herbal uses of such plants.
