Should celebrities always come to announce their divorce on social media?

why should celebrities always think it is cool or wise to come to the social media and announce their breakups with their partners. Nobody gains from such news, or do they do it to generate attention? whatever the case is, there is no justification for coming to the social media to announce divorces.

No
They shouldn't
But they do because that is how they draw attention to themselves
I think some of the marriages are fake anyway and when they announce a divorce it's like who cares, I dont

Most of them don't need the money.

@Ineeddentures That's true. Hopefully they can donate it to charities.

They are in the public eye. Everything they do and everything that happens to them is news whether we like it or not, or whether they like it or not. When you are a celebrity, this is part of the gig. When you become a celebrity, you give up a lot of your privacy.
