Freaky Friday - But a good one! Is Friday your favorite day of the week?

Hi Friends, today I woke up with that blah feeling. It doesn’t happen often, but it did today. Even with more than enough sleep. I clocked in to work, which is usually a bust on a Friday, because weekends are generally slow. But I got bombarded with studies and projects instead (and that’s good!) for a Friday. So I just pushed thru even though I felt so UNmotivated to do anything today. And then…. interrupting my work…. I got THE call. The apartments, with an exact move-in date, and it’s in August! THAT fortune cookie was right. “Your energy will be high in August” .. anyone remember that? Well, I saved it and kept it on my desk. And sure enough, August it is. I only have a month and a half (ish) of this stupid house with well water and cowboys all over the place and I am bustin’ outta here !!!!!!!! My cats too. Tomorrow night is SNL. Dad and I might go out to dinner to celebrate. Probably steak. Never judge a day by its morning. Things can always turn around in a matter of minutes. Do you like Fridays? What’s your favorite day of the week? I like Thursday and Sunday. Photo is of a big goose family that showed up right after I got the call. Mom’s leading the babies, Dad’s walking behind to keep everyone safe, and then 2 Muscovies to the right that would love to join the party but still haven’t received the invite. I used to love Mondays, but that was a very long ago. Now, I don’t have a preference.

Wednesdays were always a favorite day of mine, for no specific reason other than it was the midpoint of the week. Fridays were never a big deal for me because I usually had to work on Saturdays. But right now Fridays are good for me because I currently have Saturdays off (although I have a feeling that will be short-lived). Awesome to hear you have a move-in date set for your apartment. You'll be so happy and relieved once you get the move over with and are all settled in to your new place.

Ahhhh my fellow Air sign, how I’ve missed you. Yeah weekends never did much for me either, although I do live for Saturday Night Live. Even the reruns! Hopefully the apartment will work out temporarily, and you already know the rest of the story. ;) my soon-to-be almost neighbor. Just think, you’ll be right below me, and I’ll be on TOP of you. @Melanie_Marie You made me laugh with your "on top" comment! This guy can only dream! haha I've missed you too my friend. I'll need to go through and catch up on all your discussions. Someday soon when we're neighbors, we'll have to plan a meet-up. It's only the neighborly thing to do!

@moffittjc Oh, we will. First order of business: Find THE largest beach hats known to man, put them on, and just walk around observing people’s reactions. They’ll be thinking Hmmm.. something’s wrong with those two. But they make it work. Maybe they’re famous hat designers or something. And that we are, Jeff. That we are.

I love that photo, Since I work at home all my days are mostly the same, If anything great happens then that is a good day. Tomorrow will be an awesome Saturday because I order my groceries, I hope you all have a good weekend,

Thank you, I think they were my happy little messengers because they showed up right after the phone call, and we have never seen them before. That mama had 13 babies! And yeah I know what you mean, 70% of my job is working from home too and I consider it a good day if I can just stay awake. Thank you RS
