Yes, my daughter needs more. The state uni she will be going to (the final one) needs more, but it's more of to know her antigen and antibodies in her immune system. This is a requirement prior to admission We will be going to the hospital later to do that.

@Ineeddentures Somewhere deep in the folds of that cute little brain, probably in the frontal lobe you can see some snack cravings. I swear your cerebellum just winked at me for something, hmm... something sneaky is going on in there.

According to the doctor I talked to this morning, it is now a requirement prior to enrolment to most colleges and universities

Since your daughter will go to the university and live in the dorm, so perhaps the school needs more blood tests to make sure she is health.

I didn't know UP is that strict. However, that's being ready for any contingency. They will also have to do ABO and Rh blood typing for sure. She will surely meet all their requirements and have good/healthy results.

According to the doctor I talked to this morning, many colleges and universities now require a medical and dental exam before admission but it is stricter to medical health allied courses. There were 2 students for the medical exam as well when got to the laboratory

Gosh, they don't mess around with these tests, do they? So would they refuse entrance to students not in the best of health?

maybe not refuse, but they need to meet certain standard. I was thinking more of those students who avail of free university because of financial constraints but before they will be admitted they have to do all these tests and it is not cheap, I tell you
