Hope the car passes the MOT

The Mister had to take my Moms car to the garage last week as there was a knocking ....they identified that and were able to put it right. The MOT was almost due so they arranged to get that done today. We have fingers crossed in the hope that there won't be anything else that needs doing. We are just waiting to hear now if it has passed. If all is okay they did say that they would deliver it back to us. I hope that is the case as otherwise my Mom would have to pay for a taxi to go and collect it and she is not completely sure where the garage is.

I hope her car passes the yearly safety inspection and they deliver the car back to her. It's a pain in the tush when a garage doesn't do what they tell you they'll do.

@Traceyjayne When our car went in the garage a couple of months ago the mechanic that picked the car up told me he'd call when he found out exactly what was wrong and call me and then bring it back to me when it was done...
He did call and I confirmed the work but nobody came to get me until a few days later. (A tornado went through South of our city the day after he picked the car up and we lost power, phones and internet for 4 days...) After the power came back on, the secretary in the garage called and asked if it was okay for her to come pick me up to go get my car. I was so thankful they remembered I'd need a ride to pick it up.)
