Ice cream is languishing / myLot

I had made the dragon fruit ice cream a few days ago and a bit of it is consumed. With rains in the last few days - heavy rain at that - the weather has cooled down and eating anything cold is not something I relish Waiting for the weather to change so that I can relish whatever ice cream is left in the fridge That will be the last lot of ice cream that I will make this year Will wait for the mango season to get going again. My plans to make the dragon fruit pudding is kept on hold.

It is very hot here, we had ice cream yesterday evening and stayed up later to watch a movie.

@allknowing - We are staying inside during the hottest hours, today is already 30C and it's not even 10 in the morning.

Dragon Fruit ice cream is so yummy! I am not big on cold weather. But I love ice cream! Sometimes I can't help myself and go ahead and eat it. Then I have to drink hot coffee or tea after words!
