The turmeric plantation is doing well

Despite the heavy downpour I see every single rhizome that was planted has sprouted and we see leaves. I did not know turmeric loves rain
It is hard to know which plant likes heavy rain and which one perishes. I know for sure the bougainvillae will never bloom when there is rain and this year it has rained at such odd times that the poor bougainvillae never got a chance to bloom
The alamanda likes rain too and I see the terrace is loaded with it. The terrace was more for the lawn but the alamanda has taken over. I fear the lawn will be totally dead I am not sure if I will revive it .
The garden is lush green and I love to sit in my favourite corner enjoying the view.

Turmeric loves me poking with it.
And I love using it in my cooking
All our plants in the garden seem to like rain
Which is fine because we have had a lot of rain over the weekend

that is great. I planted few coriander leaves in the soil in my pots. Every time some leaves come up the birds eat them
