"All this and heaven too"

"All lthis and heaven too" is an expression that is used when what you do you enjoy and at the same time you get added benefits .
In my case it was the garden designing I did as my business. I throughly enjoyed designing and executing landscaped gardens and earned.
There is yet another area where this can be compared and that is eating something that one likes and it benefits both mind and body.
In my case it is that little red wine I have - just 60 ml every, a boiled egg, curds with honey, peanut candy. These foods I thoroughly enjoy and they are good for my health.

Well yesterday we had and activity in office at night installing firewall perimeter it took 3 hrs to complete the job then took a nap after morning prayer done yoga for 1 hour no off to home.
I love what I do it keeps my mind and body happy and healthy.

Just 60ml per day, I am not sure if that is enough to be good for your health.
Eating stuff we like is a must. Because I cannot swallow something I do not like.

I take home made mixed fruit juice with my breakfast. I don't take the same breakfast everyday.
