Since I started being an ARMY(BTS fans), I also started watching Korean dramas. I find them fascinating, as the culture and customs are slightly different from mine.
I started with the light-teen drama "Boys Over Flowers" and then went into heavy historical dramas such as: "Queen Seondook", "Jumong", "The Moon that Embraces the Sun", and many more.
There's also the violent series "Squid Game," which became no. 1 on Netflix. I prefer less violent ones like: "Descendants of the Sun", "Crash Landing on You", and time travel stories: "Faith", etc.
I enjoy them because, at times, I didn't know fully well how the story would end.
What about you? Do you have any Korean dramas or TV series that you like?
Can you give me some recommendations?
Thank you in advance.

You may want to watch Crash Landing on You and Descendants of the Sun because they are good action dramas.
Please also watch the historical dramas: "Jumong", The Moon that Embraces the Sun, Faith, Tunnel, and Signal. You won't regret it. I've already watched those three. Blood, etc. The ones I mentioned are not so predictable, so you will enjoy them.
Can you give me some feedback afterward? Thanks.

I don't watch Korean dramas. The top 3 series that I have ever watched are Friends, The Office and Lost.

Haha, I love your enthusiasm! To be honest, I’m not much of a K-drama fan myself — so I wouldn’t be the best person to ask for recommendations. ?? I did watch a few in the past, including Squid Game (hard to miss that one!), and I’ll admit, they’re quite amusing and well-made. But nope, I never got totally hooked.
My wife actually used to enjoy them — until she realized some of the series go on forever. ?? She’d start one, get all invested… then lose steam halfway through and never finish! So eventually she just gave up.
But I do admire how creative the stories are — especially those time travel ones. Who knows? Maybe one day I’ll get curious enough to binge-watch one properly!

@DaddyEvil That was what I thought the first time I tried watching, but eventually I got used to it. I think you will enjoy some of the stories there.

@Jenaisle I'd rather not use subtitles... If I'm reading, I miss the action happening on screen.
