Just the right distance is required for the dongle to get charged. A bit further away and it will not get charged.
It is a marvel that when the dongle gets charged the wifi receiver starts working that enables Internat connection.
All this is new to me and a marvel indeed
I do not even know how bits and bytes work although I did those basic, dbase, and excel courses and they are of no use to me now as evertyhing is given to us on a platter and user friendly
What say?

@allknowing - Yes, dongles consume a small amount of electricity even when not actively charging. They remains active to detect when a device is connected and initiating the charging process is needed.

The workings of a dongle are not a thong I know anything about.
It does indeed sound like a marvel.
Let's hope it keeps you online and works perfectly from now on

Not sure if that phrase applies here. You need to explain.

It's a small hardware device used to connect to a computer or any other devices. It's used for software protection, wireless connectivity, internet connectivity and all. The network should be strong enough to get good connection and smooth work.
