It's Going to be a Day

It's Friday. It should be a good day. I hope it's a good day. We're waiting to see if dad goes to rehab today. He was supposed to go yesterday but the whole point of the catheter was because he couldn't pee. So now we have it out and if he can pee he'll go. Fingers crossed because this is the first time I've seen him actually have the will to help himself. He's so determined to get to rehab. I think it was when they said he could be self-sufficient again. He's a very proud man that hates being a burden even when we tell him he's not. I'm at Chris's this morning. I have computer work to get done here. I've been getting back in the swing of things so hopefully I'll be building my paypal back up in no time. I'm debating on connecting it back to my bank account. It's a debate I've been having. I finally finished Carrie Ann Ryan's ARC. Now I can get those reviews done and move on. I couldn't sleep last night so that's what I did lol. I'm telling you, there's nothing like financial issues to make you an insomniac. Nora Roberts is my next book. It's called Hidden Nature and usually it doesn't take me long to finish her books. If dad gets moved I'll have a little more time to read. He'll be closer to home. I still have notes to take out of the educator book. I'm almost finished chapter 2 out of 11. If I really want to get ambitious I could just read the other half of the book and be ready for educator 2. I'm thinking about taking that too but maybe not until next year. The final part of the practical still needs emailed off. I will get to that today or tomorrow since I'll be at EMS tomorrow from 7am-7pm. Fingers crossed that goes well. If I send it in tomorrow then maybe Monday or Tuesday I'll have the results. I think there's one load of laundry that needs done, I know for a fact that the bedding needs changed. There's one load I need to fold as well and I'll get to that. My EMS pants are in there lol. Our room needs vacuumed and scrubbed. I've cleaned the rest of the house and neglected our room so it needs to be done. When it comes to the shop, I have pocket hugs now. They come in teddy bears, hearts and stars. I'll be finding out this evening if the ribbons I bought will fit them. I started with pink breast cancer ribbons and they should be ready by the time I get home. I'm excited to see if it works. I've been stashing my shop money and I'm so close to being able to get the male cats fixed. I need one hundred forty for all four and that includes rabies shots. I'm excited to finally be able to do this because as much as I love all of my babies, I can't have more babies lol. With some more pushing I should have more orders soon. I've really been pushing my fourth of July stuff. There's some gorgeous items and I would love to make them. Oh, I'm going to be making a new lip gloss too. I have orange, lemon and key lime flavoring so I'm going to make a sherbert lip gloss. It's based off of the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning when Jerricho Barrens calls Mac Rainbow Girl. That's what it's going to be called too, Rainbow Girl. I made air fresheners a new way. Well, not really a new way. I got the idea to put the small bottle of scent in with the air freshener and put a sample with it. I hope it works as I just got a whole Summer line of scents. I'll be posting them this afternoon.
