There s never a day that I do not go for something sweet - a chocolate eclair is a must. And I am not a diabetic
I enjoy making sweet snacks that are often my breakfast delight I will make that kheer tomorroe with broken wheat which is soaked over night and cooked in milk, jaggery, ghee, raisins and cardamom powder.
Have you tasted jalebies?

That chocolate éclair habit sounds both charming and delicious! I haven’t had the chance to try jalebies yet, but they do look incredibly tempting—so golden and syrupy, like a festive treat in a spiral.
I’ve been slowing down on sweets myself lately since I’m now diabetic, so I try to be more mindful with indulgences. Still, it’s lovely to see your joy in making and enjoying these sweet creations—it reminds me of how comforting a simple, homemade dish can be.

@allknowing Yes, broken wheat is rich in fibre. What you are going to cook is called sweet Dalia in our home.
