Today is the longest day for us I live near the tropic of cancer latitude (23 degree and a half North) This is the line on which the sun rays fall directly today. It should also be the hottest day. Thanks to the last week's rain of six days. The temperature is bearable.
I was able to do errands without much discomfort. I went to buy a few household articles and fill up my motorcycle wheels.
Having a cup of liquor tea relaxing on my arm chair. Thank God I may not be the king of the world but I have my little joys

If it's your longest day then it must be our shortest. I hadn't taken note of that yet. It's overcast here and we keep getting showers.

Yes, quite a significant day. I think this date is sometimes 22nd June as well. Similarly, we have the shortest day on 21st or 22nd December.
However, shortening of day length becomes more prominent by early August.
Six days rain sounds good although I suppose the humidity would be higher now.
Have a nice Sunday ahead !
