so its been a bit and hopefully I can step up to be here more but I have so much going on. the weather has been horribly hot and I'm trying to keep up on my health. hopefully it cools down a little bit soon but its been pretty rainy too. there's so much I always have to say but like I said I have had a lot going on. so much has also happened since my last post. I hope to catch up with y'all too. I have been focused on myself a long with all my mental health coaching going on. its been crazy insane. how is everyone doing?

Good to see you back. My husband passed away in January and things have been up and down since then. Got a lot of house projects done. Have a good week.
