Today I have classified as hibernation day #1 for me. When I got up around 6:30 this am it was already in the low 30's and very humid. I have difficult catching my breath when it is too humid, and the heat doesn't help. Thankfully I have the centra a/c set at 21.5C which is cool and dry. I have always minded the heat, but with age, it has gotten worse. I hope that there are not too many days to follow, but I have a feeling there will be 2 more at least this week. Do you like the heat? ~Photo is mine

Me like the heat, not really. And Yvonne does not like the heat either.. It messes with her lungs She just hasn't been herself these last few days and it's all because of the 27C day we had COPD and heat and humidity do t mix Throw Asthma into the mix and it's worse Then add getting older But wow, low 30,s at the back of six in the morning, extreme or what?

Yes, very extreme. Every year the first heatwave arrives about a week earlier and you know that it lasts another week longer also. We need to help Mother Earth to reduce this global warming. Another hot and muggy day here tomorrow they are saying. I pity those without a/c or who have to work out in the heat.

@Juliaacv Aye Agree about reducing global warming Did you know China, America and India are responsible for half of all emissions Can't see any of those 3 going out of there way to try to get to net zero any time this century

I cannot stand the heat since it causes me to feel weak and gives me headaches.

That is what I experience as well, and I also get sick to my stomach sometimes.

I do not really like the heat, but my husband would freeze with a temperature of 21.5 C, he keeps the temperature at 23 C even during winter. It's very dry here, the outside temperature was 29 yesterday and inside temperature 24 C, we do not have AC.
