So I put my cell on the charger a couple hours ago at 35% and went to see if it was fully charged yet just now. No. It was down to 28%. What? I checked the connection and set it to charge again. Still wasn't charging. Grrrr! I called for a consultation from my grandson. He had his headset on and was in the middle of a game battle so I didn't hear from him for awhile. But, he came to my rescue. He scrunched the prongs on the plug and now it's charging quickly. They lose occasionally and don't have a good connection. I thought I had fixed them but they him to scrunch them more. Everything is a go now. I love it so when things work well.
