Iran-Israel Ceasefire: A ray of hope

News about a possible ceasefire in the Iran-Israel war is “good news” to any peace loving person. We watched in agony as innocent citizens were killed and displaced while the two countries were exchanging missiles. The most affected were women and children who do not have any interests in weapon supremacy. Whether or not the US’s intervention contributed to the ceasefire, the news is most welcome. When there is peace in the world, everyone is at ease.
