It could be jam and not halwa

As I mentioned in my earlier post the bananas are all getting ripe at the same time. I was planning on making halwa but there were suggestions for making jam and ice cream The weather is cool here and I do not much like eating any ice cream when the weather is cool Jam is easier to make than halwa. Probably I will make jam. Thank you for the suggestion.

Banana jam?? Now that is a new one for me. I had never ever thought about Banana as a jam fruit.

@allknowing I might go look it up and buy a big bunch of bananas tomorrow. Banana jam Sounds like a good idea my friend What would I do without you?

Banana ice cream is creamy and naturally sweet, but also banana jam is good.

I have removed all ripe bananas and have kept them in a bowl. I will keep them in the pantry for a day and then I will keep them in the fridge untill the rest are ready after eating a few from there. I have not yet decided what I will make with them

@allknowing - I used to place the ripe bananas in the refrigerator. They turn black but the inside is white and good.

@LadyDuck These will be kept just for a couple of days as the others are alreay looking yellow in the bunch. I have sometimes kept bananas in the fridge that were bought
