Forgot to soak the broken wheat which I needed to make a kheer for breakfast this morning Thankfully I always have a standby breakfast and that is bread ad jam.
The jam that I will have today is home made from mangoes grown in the garden. I may make jam from the home grown bananas as well that are ripe and most have been removed from the bunch and placed in a bowl. they will ripen further that way and making jam will be easier.
I must remember to soak the broken wheat for making kheer that I hope to have for breakfast tomorrow

@allknowing - The apricots were from the garden of the neighbors downstairs, they are such a kind couple.

Homemade mango jam sounds delicious! Banana jam from your own garden will be a treat too.
