Black rice Idli

Reading through the nutrients of black rice. I bought a kilo online and set on making different dishes with it.
The primary object was to get its benefits. But sadly I did not like any dish I prepared with it The colour itself put me off. So far none of the dishes that we make have a black colour.
Had to wish goodbye to black rice
