Lunch time....

Hello mylotters. It's 1:35 PM as I write this post, a little past our regular lunch time at 1. My younger daughter is on her way from her college after her exams. She should be here in some time. We wanted to have it together and so,we are waiting.
I wanted to be here yesterday and even today morning. I had some time. But myLot was acting up. It was slow and I thought of coming back here after some other site. Has someone else faced that too? I have noticed it being slow in the beginning of the day here in my corner.
Cook came in the morning. I got dinner ready from him as rolling chapatis is a bit of work and I have to stand for a bit long time. He made one dal and potato peas curry and I got few cutting and chopping done to ease my work for lunch. I made hot rice, brinjal fry and this raw banana dish that you see in the picture. 
. This is spicy and delicious. My daughters love it as side dish with rice and dal( lentil soup). I can't call it fritters because there is no deep frying or batter coating here. It's just some spices and garlic paste coated on it and it is cooked in pan on medium flame with very little oil. It's very healthy .
I plan to at least answer the notifications after lunch before taking my nap. I hope that myLot cooperates.

@Ineeddentures Yes, actually enjoy when raw banana is fried like this ... not all species of bananas give taste. there is one particular species of banana we use to cook as curry or fry

It was yummy. I did not deep fry it, it was cooked in very little oil. So, the upper crust was crunchy and the inside was soft.

Many have mentioned that the site goes slow from time to time. Hope that the glitch is fixed soon. It can be really annoying. My daughter's exams are going good. Three more days to go. It ends on Wednesday.

Thank you. It's really yummy. It's one of my family's favourite. These days I use my phone more than my laptop for mylotting. It's slow at times and okay on other times.

Good that you have not noticed any technical glitch. It's happening more these days for me. I feel bad because I have some free time that I would have loved to be here.

You might like it. It's not too spicy either. Well, you have the option to make it more spicy or less spicy.It's yummy and very healthy. It's as delicious as it looks. Do you make anything with raw banana?

Hmm....I have not been able to be here much in the last few days despite having the time. I really wanted to be here for more times but the site was acting up. Keeping fingers crossed that it cooperates now till I finish the notifications. They have piled up

your food is too good. My mother and wife uses raw bananas in all the fish dishes like tangra fish curry katla fish curry. the potato peas curry is a lovely food. I am very happy to see you recovering quickly. Excepting the better you recover you will make us hungry. I am having busy schedule in university

Thank you. My younger daughter calls raw banana curry as vegetarian fish curry 
. We make the curry same as fish curry using the mustard garlic paste. I am recovering well. Joining work back on 6th July.
