Curds with honey

I have been having this combination along with my lunch for quite a while now Both curds and honey are good for health.
Talking about honey I had to pick and choose the brand Had a bad experience with the one earlier I am now satisfied with the brand I am using
I make curds every single day. Peppie our pet curd loves curds and he gets it too every day

You need a starter which I first buy and then I use a bit of the previous day's curds as starter. Add milk to the starter and the next day curds are formed.

I haven't got a clue
I use Greek Yogurt instead of curds

@Ineeddentures Starter is curds which one has to get from a store initially and then use one's own curds for makeing one's own curds.
Yoghurt is the same as curds.

I was about to say that Yes Lemon juice does help milkd to become curds. But I have always bought the starter.

@allknowing - The big factories use rennet to start the process, but it's not a product that I really like.
