I had written earlier about a packet of Cadbury Eclairs that were gifted to me on my B'day were stale and could not be eaten. I did talk to my friend to send me the bill and since she did not I wrote to Cadbury They sent a representative here this morning and replaced the packet. My suggestion was that they should withdraw the batch and let me know what action they have taken. I am a pro active and do this things often with other products.

I need you to take care of some things for me. Mind taking a trip to Oklahoma? You could really enact some change with some of these places.

I was sure they would have replaced the packet, no need to show the bill.

In this case since it was a birthday gift there would be no bill

Great! I once do that to a chips company since one packet of the chips we opened were burnt, I took a photo and emailed it to the company. The next day I received a call from them, in that afternoon a representative went to our house with packs and packs of other goodies. I let them see the burnt chips.

It can be worth it to provide the company with feedback.

Good for you that you can exchange Cadbury. Maybe your Cadbury is now safe to eat right now.
