And put on some nice, clean, day clothes. It's been so hot and humid this week that I've just been wearing the same T-shirt nightie... loose and breathable and soaks up the sweat.

Can you instruct my wife how to take a quick bath please. She takes a long long time. Bubbles everywhere, How anyone needs that much Radox beats me

@BarBaraPrz Well our hot water basically costs nothing so she fills the bath up as hot as she can stand it. Then lies and soaks in a Radox bath

@Ineeddentures I wouldn't mind a Radox bath at the moment. It does help with aches and pains but we don't have a bath or Radox so I'll just take panadol. My back is playing up today.

I haven't had a bath in ages. I'd be battling to get in and out of one today as my back is protesting about something.
