Well our hot water basically costs nothing so she fills the bath up as hot as she can stand it.
Then lies and soaks in a Radox bath

@Ineeddentures I wouldn't mind a Radox bath at the moment. It does help with aches and pains but we don't have a bath or Radox so I'll just take panadol. My back is playing up today.
