Not had this in years. This is a snack that is normally found on beaches.
Sev Puri has puris that are hard small in size and crisp A mixture of sev with chopped onion, green chili, chopped coriander leaves. salt with a sprinkle of sourlime is placed on these puris.
These can be made at home but the taste of what you get from those hawkers on the beach cannot be matched
