We are expecting a storm within the next hour or two, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that it is thundering. It's a daily sound here now. It is getting closer and louder so maybe the rain will be here before its expected.
There isn't that much going on really. I found a recipe for fried rice for ronight to go with the homemade orange chicken I am going to make and took the chicken out of the freezer so that it will be ready when it's dinner time. Should be a really yummy dinner.
I feel like if this goes well (the rice, I've made the orange chicken a million times), it will be a good excuse to buy a wok.

@thislittlepennyearns Right. We've been getting it daily here at home. We may miss the scattered thunderstorms and sprinkles today. So far, so good!

Orange chicken sounds delicious. I've had lemon chicken and apricot chicken but not orange.

The hot and humid there, has nothing on the hot and humid here. And the storm doesn't cool things down here, it makes it 9000 percent more humid afterwards.
What is the temp there?
