I got a refund

I had ordered for Luvit eclairs. There were four packs and each eclair as they mentioned in their description had to be 8 grams When I received the pack I noticed just two packs had eclairs weighing 8 grams and the other two 5 grams.
I wrote to them and posted photos
I get a refund instantly and I am asked to keep the pack and not return it.
Earlier I got a pack of Cadbury eclairs replaced as the one they sent us had turned stale.
I now have the Luvit pack with me and a full refund
Feels good.

@LadyDuck In my case I just noticed the chocolates are stale. I cannot even eat them. I have already put up a ccmplaint.

They were different types as well but the description clearly stated they were 8 grams each.

@Ineeddentures There are over 60 such pieces and the size matters when you eat one. Anyway the quality has also gone down. I am taking it up directly with the company asking them t iwithdraw that batch.

I used to buy a substance in quantities of a quarter of an ounce but it was always short weight

I used to ask for groceries online. If they sent something I hadn´t asked ,they told me to keep it. Unfortunatly they stopped working. Maybe it was because they were so nice.

It is only the size and not the quality. Amazon in has always acceted my complaints.

@allknowing Ah yes, too much trouble to send a delivery to collect it back unless the item value is more than the delivery fees
