I'm preparing to leave in a little while for my cabin on the shore of beautiful Possum Lake in Ontario ((The one in Canada, not the one in California. I don't think Ontario, California has a lake and even if it does, it's probably beautiful but I'm pretty sure I don't have a cabin there)). Another thing I'm pretty sure of is that Ontario, California, doesn't have Fête du Canada on 1er juillet, which is tomorrow. And even if they do, they won't have the endless stream of gorgeous Canadian women that you'll find in the Canadian non-California Ontario. I still think that the Beach Boys got it wrong because I wish they all could be Canadian Girls. We don't have time for it right now but remind me sometime to tell you about a night I spent in a hotel room in Canada when I was 13 and how it fundamentally changed my life when I watched an episode of "The Brady Bunch." Marcia isn't Canadian, but when she started speaking French, it didn't matter much to me. Yet another thing Ontario, California, doesn't have is Red Green and the rest of the guys at the Possum Lodge. This year is gonna be really fun. Red says he's going to show everyone how to turn a canoe into a smoker, a float, and a hot tub --- at the same time!
