Of the several types of dosas that are made herd in India, the Masala Dosa stands out
We had a restaurant that we often visited. It is now shifted a bit away and pretty isolated and that has put us off.
That restaurant that we visited had the masala dosa as their speciality It is only after we placed the order that they would make it and serve it piping hot with all the chutneys that went with it And that followed by a cup of hot tea made our day.
I have made this at home for which we have a special shallow pan. But nothing like what we ate at this restaurant.

Well yes
Most of them here do it if you order home style food and some have it on standard menu
We have a really good number of excellent Indian Restaurants here.
I think it's fair to say that after Fish and Chips Indian food is our other national foodstuffs
Plus I cook Indian food to a high standard so if need be, I can make it myself easily enough
