I got a lemon verbena plant .....

So, this morning we ....Mom and I .....had a little trip out to the garden centre. It was more about getting me out of the house really....I am being a bit braver every day, although I still need to be extremely careful not to get my arm bumped. Anyway, off we tootled, the roads were very quiet which surprised us...the garden centre is only a short drive away so we got there in no time at all. The gift section was first ....we have some Birthday presents to buy.....then , we hit the main event ....the flowers and plants. Yes , there were plenty that we could have bought and i have made a note of thingds to get at the start iof the season next year. I couldn't see any fruit bushes ...I was looking for fig or blueberry. Also my rhubarb needs replacing. I did however manage to find lemon verbena .... yay !!! I have been searching for it for a couple of years now, You can usually find lemon balm but it is a poor second really. I am looking forward to using it in some recipes..... I also eventually have a herb garden.
