You guessed it right I had to chuck her out as she never kept to timings that disturbed my schedule
I have reshceduled chores and do just what is needed on a daily basis. There are routines and non routines. I have extended the time for non routines. For example I used to get the bed done(changing bed sheets) every two weeks and now till I get a maid it will be 3 weeks
Nuns are helping me get another maid. Keeping my fingers crossed.

@allknowing - I agree, this is why I gave up finding a maid who followed my instructions.

You will just have to trust them
But
You could find out about previous employment and seek a reference from the last person she worked for
